- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- ⅓ cup hot sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Pat dry the chicken wings to remove the moisture before adding the seasonings.
- Take a mixing bowl to add the chicken wings and oil. Thoroughly coat the chicken wings with the oil first. Then add the garlic powder, salt, and pepper and mix them until well coated.
- Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes. Or you can skip the marination process if you don’t have enough time. However, I like to marinate the chicken before I air fry them.
- Preheat your air fryer at 200C/400F for 5 minutes.
- Spray/brush a generous amount of oil on the air fryer basket. Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Don’t overcrowd the basket.
- Cook the chicken wings at 200C/400F for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for 10 minutes more. The total cooking time is 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, the chicken wings are cooking making the buffalo sauce.
