- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 5-6 tablespoons corn starch
- 2 egg
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 ½ tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 teaspoons minced ginger
- Salt and Pepper to taste

- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 4-5 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 1 ½ tablespoons rice vinegar
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 teaspoons chili paste/chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (toasted)

- Cut the chicken into bite-size and clean.
- Take a bowl to combine, the chicken, oil, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper.

- After that crack the eggs and mix. Now add the cornflour on top of it and mix well.

- Take a piece of marinated chicken, and let the excess run off the chicken. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook the chicken at 200C/400F for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken to the other side, brush/spray with the cooking oil, and cook for 10 minutes more.
