Ingredients for air fryer snap peas:
- 8ounce snap peas
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil/ olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon sesame seeds (optional for seasoning)
Instructions for air fryer snap peas:
- First, let’s prepare snap peas by washing them thoroughly and pat drying. Remove the strings from pulling by your fingers. Or, you can even buy stingless snap peas.
- Take snap peas, put them in a mixing bowl, drizzle the oil, and toss. After that add the salt and garlic powder and toss them so they are coated well.
- Preheat your air fryer at 180C/355F for 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer the seasoned peas to the air fryer basket and spread them in a single layer.
- Cook air fryer snap peas at 180C/355F for about 10 minutes. Toss the air fryer green peas halfway through the cooking process.
- Snap peas in air fryer are done when the skin starts to wrinkle and when you can see little brown spots on the skin.
