Ingredients:
- 1lb fresh carrots
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Peel and wash the carrots, slice them about 1 inch thick. Pat dry your carrots with a paper towel.
- Take a large mixing bowl, place the carrots add the seasonings, and toss to coat evenly.
- Place the carrots in the air fryer basket/oven in a single layer and cook at 380F degrees for 20-25 minutes or cook until tender. Toss the carrots halfway through the cooking process.
- Serve with your desired maid dish or dipping sauce.

The air fryer carrots and potatoes are the best combination side dish that you can cook at the same time. For this recipe, air fryer baby carrots and potatoes are best or you can even take baby potatoes too.
In this recipe, I’m adding some of my favorite ingredients. You can add or skip the once I’m adding in mine. And add your favorite seasonings.

Ingredients:
- 350g Baby Carrots
- 1 kg Baby potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Wash and peel the baby carrot and potatoes if you want to. Cut them into half and pat dry.
- Put your baby carrots and baby potatoes into a large mixing bowl, add the seasonings and mix it well.
- Place the baby carrots and baby potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook at 380F degrees for 20-25 minutes or until they are tender and cooked through.
- Toss/shake the basket halfway through the cooking process to ensure all the carrots and potatoes are cooked evenly.

Maple glazed carrots air fryer

I love garlic in almost every food, I’m a huge fan of garlic. If you’re like me then you’re going to love this version of air fryer carrots. This is a savory version of air fryer carrots.
Only a small tweak in the ingredient and the cooking process is almost similar to air fryer carrots.
Ingredients:
- 4-5 fresh carrots
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oregano (optional)
Instructions:
- Peel and wash the carrots, cut them in one inch or bite-size, and pat dry.
- Place the sliced carrots in a shallow bowl and add the seasonings. Mix them well.

- Place the frozen carrots in your air fryer in a single layer.
- Cook the frozen carrots at 400F degrees 15-20 minutes or until the desired tenderness.

Air fryer carrot fries can be a good skinny alternative for French fries. If you want some change in your side dish then you can definitely try crispy carrots fries in air fryer.
