Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer at 190C/374F for 5 minutes. Poke the potatoes with the help of a fork and rub the oil and salt over the potatoes. Transfer the potatoes into the air fryer basket and bake them for 30-35 minutes or until tender.
Microwave: Poke the potatoes with the help of a fork and rub the oil and salt over the potatoes. And bake the potatoes for 5-7 minutes, and flip them halfway through the cooking process.
Oven: Preheat your oven to 204C/400F. Poke the potatoes with the help of a fork and rub the oil and salt over the potatoes. Bake them for 45-60 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Flip the potatoes halfway through the cooking process.
Note: The cooking time can vary according to the size of the potato.

- Preheat your air fryer to 193C/380F degrees for 5 minutes.
- Till the air fryer heats, you can grab the potatoes and start piercing them with the help of a fork or knife.
- Then rub the potatoes with olive oil/vegetable oil, and sprinkle some salt.
- Bake them for 30-35 minutes or cook till the potatoes are tender.

- 2-3 medium size potatoes
- Olive/vegetable oil
- 2 ½ cups of grated cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Mixed herbs
- Sausages chopped and cooked
- Chopped green onions
- Sour cream

- Preheat your air fryer to 200C/400F degrees.
- Let the baked potatoes cool down a bit and cut the potatoes in half.
- Scoop out the potato flesh, leaving a half-inch of potato in the skin.
- Rub the oil inside the potato skins, and season with salt, pepper, and mixed herbs.
- Again air fry at 200C/400F degrees, for 10 minutes.
- Remove the potato from the air fryer, and fill it with the grated cheddar cheese and sausages.
- Cook them for 2-3 minutes at 200C/400F degrees, or till the cheese melts.
- Top it with bacon, chopped green onions, and sour cream, and enjoy the air fryer potato skins.
