  1. Fish- Any fish that are available in your reason except swordfish and tuna. Iโ€™ve used cod for this recipe.
  2. Breadcrumbs- Using any bread crumbs for this recipe is going to work absolutely fine. You can even use homemade breadcrumbs.
  3. Flour- All-purpose flour, season it with salt, and pepper to taste or you can add any other season you like. Dig up your fish in flour, shake off the excess flour and dip it into the egg batter.
  4. Egg- 2-3 eggs according to the number of fish sticks youโ€™re going to prepare.
  5. Olive oil/vegetable oil

Now all the ingredients are ready, letโ€™s start with the cooking process.

  1. Preheat your air fryer at 400F/200C degrees for 5 minutes.
  2. Pat dry the fish using a paper towel and cut into bite-size (not too thick not too thin).
  3. Put all-purpose flour in a hollow dish and mix salt and pepper. Beat the eggs in a separate dish. And place the breadcrumbs separately.
  4. Coat each fish stick in seasoned flour, tap the excess and dip in beaten egg, and dig up in the breadcrumb.
  5. Spray a thin layer of oil in the air fryer basket, place the fish sticks evenly without touching each other. And finally, spray a thin layer of oil on top of it.
  6. Cook your fish sticks for 10 minutes, flip it halfway through cooking.
