Making air fryer chicken 65 was fascinating for me. Different types of spices that have an umami flavor were exciting.
Ingredients for air fryer chicken 65:
- 500g chicken things (boneless)
- 3 tablespoons yogurt
- 3 tablespoons cornflour
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, garlic paste
- 2 teaspoons of red chili powder (Kashmiri red chili powder)
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions for air fryer chicken 65:
- Thoroughly wash the chicken, pat dry, and set them aside.
- Take a large mixing bowl to add yogurt, ginger, garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, black pepper, turmeric powder, oil, and salt. Mix them until well combined.
- Now add the chicken into the bowl and mix them until the chicken is well coated. Let chicken marinate for an hour or so.
- Preheat your air fryer at 200C/400F for 5 minutes.
- Now the chicken is marinated at this point add the cornflour and again mix them well.
- Apply a thin layer of oil to the air fryer basket and transfer the marinated chicken into a single layer applying a thin layer of oil
- Cook them at 200C/400F for 15 minutes. Flip/toss the chicken halfway through the cooking process.
- After the chicken is cooked remove them from the air fryer basket. Garnish the air fryer chicken 65 with some lemon wedges, onion slices, and coriander.
- Serve them hot and enjoy.
Note: If you’re using the Kashmiri red chili powder there’s no need to add any food coloring to the recipe.
