- 3-4 ears of corn
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tablespoons of butter

- Remove the husk and silks from the ear of corn. Cut them into half to fit in the air fryer basket.
- Preheat your air fryer at 200C/400F for 5 minutes.
- Take a bowl, add melted butter, salt, and pepper, and give a good mix.
- Apply the butter mixture to the ears of corn.
- Put the seasoned corn in the air fryer basket and cook at 200C/400F for 12-15 minutes or until most of the corn kernels turn brown. Flip the corn halfway through the cooking process.
- Remove the corn from the air fryer and you can top it with a cube of butter if you like and serve immediately.
