The crispy and well-seasoned potato peel recipe is super easy to make. Collect the potato peels whenever you cooking any potato dish season them, and throw them in the air fryer basket. Your perfect potato peels in an air fryer and gets ready in just 10 minutes. Plus this recipe is gluten-free and vegetarian too.
Ingredients for air fryer potato peels:
- 1 cup potato peels (approximately from 3-4 potatoes)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions for air fryer potato peels:
- Wash and scrub the potato thoroughly with clean water and peel them.
- After that dry the potato peels using a clean kitchen towel or paper towel.
- Transfer the potato peels into a mixing bowl to add oil, garlic powder, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix them until well combined.
- Preheat your air fryer at 200C/400F for 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned potato peel in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overlap the peel for the best result.
- Cook them at 200C/400F for 8-10 minutes. Toss them halfway through the cooking process for the evenly cooked results.
- Remove the crispy air fried potato peel from the basket.
