Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup potato peels (approximately from 3-4 potatoes)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash and scrub the potato thoroughly with clean water and peel them.
  • After that dry the potato peels using a clean kitchen towel or paper towel.

  • Transfer the potato peels into a mixing bowl to add oil, garlic powder, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix them until well combined.

  • Preheat your air fryer at 200C/400F for 5 minutes.
  • Place the seasoned potato peel in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overlap the peel for the best result.

  • Cook them at 200C/400F for 8-10 minutes. Toss them halfway through the cooking process for the evenly cooked results.
