The ingredients I’m using for air fryer fried garlic and garlic bulb are almost similar. The only difference is one you have to slice and the other you don’t.
Now let’s find out what are the ingredients for air fryer fried garlic:
- 7-8 peeled garlic cloves (thinly sliced)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- A pinch of salt and pepper
Ingredients for air fryer garlic bulb:
- 1 garlic bulb
- Aluminum foil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- A pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions:
- First of all, if you're making air fryer fried garlic, peel the garlic and slice them into a thin slice. You can easily slice the garlic using a knife (be careful don’t hurt yourself).
- Now take a bowl and put the sliced garlic and add the oil, salt, and pepper. Mix them well until the garlic slices are coated evenly.
- Preheat your air fryer to 160C/320F for 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer the seasoned garlic slices into the air fryer basket and cook at 160 C/320F for 5-6 minutes or until they’re golden brown. Toss or flip halfway through the cooking process.
- Your air fryer fried garlic is ready. You can sprinkle over your food and enjoy them.
