Ingredients for air fryer aloo gobi:
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 head of cauliflower (small to medium)
- 1 medium red onion (chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 1-2 green chilis (chopped)
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- 1 tablespoon ginger, garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions for air fryer aloo gobi:
- First, let’s prepare the potatoes and cauliflowers by thoroughly washing them with clean water. Peeling the potato skin is completely optional. However, I like to peel the potatoes.
- Now cut the potatoes into cubes or slice them.
- And cut the cauliflower florets into the bite-size. Make sure to cut the veggies into equal bite-size.
- Take a large mixing bowl to add potatoes, cauliflower, onion, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, ginger, garlic paste, salt, and oil. Mix the veggies until evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer at 190C/380F for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the vegetable mixture into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook them at 190C/380F for 10-12 minutes. Toss the veggies halfway through the cooking process.
- After that add the chopped tomatoes and chilis into the basket toss them and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
- Remove the air fryer aloo gobi from the air fryer basket, and garnish them with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve and enjoy your crispy and delicious air fryer aloo gobi!
