Let’s prepare the potatoes and cauliflowers by thoroughly washing them with clean water. Peeling the potato skin is completely optional. However, I like to peel the potatoes.
2 medium potatoes, 1 head of cauliflower
Cut the potatoes into cubes or slice them.
Cut the cauliflower florets into the bite-size. Make sure to cut the veggies into equal bite-size.
Take a large mixing bowl to add potatoes, cauliflower, onion, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, ginger, garlic paste, salt, and oil. Mix the veggies until evenly coated.
1 medium red onion, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, ½ teaspoon garam masala, 1 tablespoon ginger, garlic paste, 0.5 teaspoon salt to taste
Preheat your air fryer at 190C/380F for 5 minutes.
Transfer the vegetable mixture into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook them at 190C/380F for 10-12 minutes. Toss the veggies halfway through the cooking process.
After that add the chopped tomatoes and chilis into the basket toss them and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
2 tomatoes, 1-2 green chilis
Remove the air fryer aloo gobi from the air fryer basket, and garnish them with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
