These crispy and flavourful chickpeas are super easy to make and require minimal ingredients. You can use canned chickpeas or soak the dried ones overnight and use them.
Ingredients for air fryer chickpeas
- 2 cups chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions for air fryer chickpeas
- Drain and pat dry the chickpeas and set them aside.
- Take a mixing bowl to add chickpeas, oil, garlic powder, paprika, chili flakes, dried parsley, cumin powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix them until well combined.
- Preheat your air fryer at 190C/375F for 2-3 minutes.
- Place the seasoned chickpeas in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
