  • 2 medium-size potatoes (boiled & mashed)
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 green chili (finely chopped)
  • 1 ½ tablespoon onion (chopped)
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger paste
  • 2 tablespoon spring onion/ coriander
  • ¼ teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • Salt to taste

  1. First boil 2 medium size potatoes, peel the skin off and mash it properly.
  2. Heat a pan with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil in small heat. Add ginger paste, turmeric, garam masala, and green chili, and saute them until aromatic.

  4. After that add the mashed potatoes, chopped onions, spring onion, red chili powder, and salt to taste. Mix them until well combined and set them aside.

  • 2 tablespoons cornflour/rice flour
  • ½ teaspoon red chili powder
  • Pinch of turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Water

  1. Take a mixing bowl to add all the dry ingredients and mix them until well combined.
