- 2 medium-size potatoes (boiled & mashed)
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 green chili (finely chopped)
- 1 ½ tablespoon onion (chopped)
- ¼ teaspoon ginger paste
- 2 tablespoon spring onion/ coriander
- ¼ teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- Pinch of turmeric
- Salt to taste

- First boil 2 medium size potatoes, peel the skin off and mash it properly.
- Heat a pan with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil in small heat. Add ginger paste, turmeric, garam masala, and green chili, and saute them until aromatic.
- After that add the mashed potatoes, chopped onions, spring onion, red chili powder, and salt to taste. Mix them until well combined and set them aside.
- Take 2 slices of bread and spread tomato sauce and mayonnaise on each bread slice.
- Then evenly spread the potato filling on 1 slice of bread and cover it with another slice of bread. Press the bread from the top so that the bread slices will hold the stuffing properly.
- Cut the bread diagonally or as per your liking and set them aside.
