- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon unsalted butter room temperature
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ tablespoon plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoon raisins (optional)
Instruction:
- Take a large bowl, add all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon powder and whisk it together and set aside.
- Take another mixing bowl and mash the banana with the help of a fork or a spatula until smooth.
- Meanwhile, spray the oven-proof bowl with some oil and sprinkle some flour, and coat it well. This prevents the cake from sticking.

- Pour ½ of the batter into the oven-proof bowl if you’re using a small bowl. But my bowl was large enough so I poured all the batter at once.
- Cook the air fryer banana bread at 160C/325F for 30 minutes.
- To find out if the bread is done or not, insert a clean toothpick into the cake. If the toothpick comes out clean your bread is done.
