Take a large bowl, add all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon powder and whisk it together.
½ cup flour , ¼ teaspoon baking powder, ¼ teaspoon baking soda, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder, ⅛ teaspoon salt
Take another mixing bowl and mash the banana with the help of a fork or a spatula until smooth.
Spray the oven-proof bowl with some oil and sprinkle some flour, and coat it well. This prevents the cake from sticking.
In another mixing bowl add the butter and whisk it smooth, then add the sugar and beat well until light and fluffy.
2 tablespoons unsalted butter room temperature, ¼ cup brown sugar
Add the egg, vanilla extract and beat well until combined. After that add yogurt and stir it and finally add the mashed bananas and mix.
2 ripe bananas, 1 large egg, ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract, ½ tablespoon plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons raisins
Add the dry ingredient and fold them until well combined leaving no lumps but don’t over mix it.
Preheat your air fryer at 160C/325F for 3 minutes.
Pour ½ of the batter in the oven-proof bowl if you’re using a small bowl.
Cook the air fryer banana bread at 160C/325F for 30 minutes.
To find out if the bread is done or not, insert a clean toothpick into the cake. If the toothpick comes out clean your bread is done.
Let the baking bowl cool at least 20 minutes before removing the bread.
Slice it, serve it and enjoy.
