Dry Rub: I’ve used homemade dry rub for this recipe. I made them with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. You can use the spices of your choice or make your own simple and tasty seasoning.

- Preheat your air fryer at 200C/400F for 3 minutes.
- Pat dry the meat if needed this will help the seasoning to stick properly to the meat.
- Take a mixing bowl to add the pork belly bites and sprinkle the dry rub as required. Mix them thoroughly until well coated.
- Place the pork bites into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Leave some space between them to let the hot air circulate and cook them evenly.
- Cook air fryer pork bites at 200C/400F for 20 minutes. Flip/toss them halfway through the cooking process for the best result.
