Ingredients for air fryer egg bites:
- 3 eggs
- 1 tomato (chopped)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoon mozzarella cheese
- 2 breakfast sausages chopped and cooked
- 1 tablespoon spring onion (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions for air fryer egg bites:
- Preheat your air fryer at 160C/320F for 5 minutes.
- Take a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until fluffy.
- Add in the chopped tomatoes, garlic powder, chopped and cooked sausages, spring onion, cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix them until well combined.
- Take the silicone cup and equally divide the egg mixture leaving about ¼ space in the cup for the egg to rise.
- Carefully transfer the silicone cup to the air fryer basket. Be careful the air fryer basket is hot. Don’t burn yourself!
- Cook the egg bites at 160C/320F for 10 minutes.
- Remove the air fryer egg bites from the silicon cup.
