Ingredients for Brussel sprout:
- 1lb Brussel Sprouts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil/ avocado oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Ingredient for Potatoes:
- 1.5lb Baby Red Potato/ Yukon gold potatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil/ avocado oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instruction:
- Wash both the potatoes and Brussel sprouts thoroughly. Trim ends and outer leaves from each Brussel sprout and cut into half vertically.
- Similarly cut the potatoes in half vertically I’m using baby potatoes so I’m cutting them in half. If you’re using large potatoes then cut into 1 inch.
- Take a large mixing bowl and place the cut potatoes and add oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss them well until the potatoes are well coated.
- Preheat your air fryer at 200C/400F for 5minutes.
- Transfer the seasoned potatoes to the air fryer basket and cook at 200C/400F for 25-30 minutes followed by tossing them every 10 minutes.
- While the potatoes are cooked halfway through, take a mixing bowl and place the Brussel sprouts add oil, salt, and pepper, and start seasoning the Brussel sprouts.
- Add the sprouts to the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes toss them halfway through the cooking process. You can add the cooking time accordingly to how crunchy you want.
- Remove the air fryer Brussel sprouts and potatoes from the air fryer and serve with your desired dish.
