- 2 cups pickle slices
- ½ cup bread crumbs (I used Panko bread crumbs)
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Drain the pickles cut into ½ inch and place on the paper towel underneath and over the pickles. Pat to remove the excess moisture.
- Take a small bowl to beat the egg and place the bread crumbs in a separate bowl.
- Dip the pickle slices into the egg batter and dip them into the bread crumbs and coat them evenly on both sides.
- Preheat your air fryer at 400F for 3 minutes.
- Put the frozen breaded pickles in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook them at 400F for 7-8 minutes, flip the pickle slices halfway through the cooking process.
