  1. Slice squash into ½ inch or bite-size.
  2. Preheat the air fryer at 400F degrees for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Mix the squash with olive oil and seasonings.
  4. Place the squash in your air fryer basket and cook for 6 minutes or till the squash is tender-crisp.

Let’s start with the air fryer butternut squash recipes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium butternut squash
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ Salt
  • ¼ Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Wash the butternut squash properly and cut it into half lengthwise.
  2. Scoop the seeds and ropy flesh out from the circular half.
  3. Cut the squash gently length and width side about 3-4 times without cutting through the squash skin.
  4. After you finish the cutting process preheat the air fryer at 400F degrees for 5 minutes.

  6. Put your squash in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes at 400F or until the squash is cooked through.
