- Preheat your air fryer at 175C/350F for 2-3 minutes.
- Take a shallow mixing bowl or a plate to add eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla essence. Mix them until well combined.
- Mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon powder together and keep aside.
- Stack the slices of bread and cut them into thirds.
- Dip the bread pieces into the egg mixture, transfer them into the sugar and cinnamon mixture, and coat them well. You can skip the cinnamon if you are not a big fan of it.
