2 garlic bulbs 1 tablespoon olive oil pinch of salt
Preheat the air fryer to 200C/400F for 3 minutes .
With a sharp knife slice off the top of the garlic enough so you can see the cloves inside.

Take a piece of aluminum foil and place the garlic bulb in the center.
Drizzle the garlic bulb with oil and sprinkle with some salt.

Carefully wrap the garlic with the foil forming a small pouch. Wrap the rest of the garlic bulbs into a pouch.
Place the garlic pouch in the air fryer basket and make sure you don’t overcrowd the basket. Cook the garlic at 200C/400F for 25 minutes .
Remove the garlic pouch from the air fryer basket. Let the hot steam escape by opening the pouch carefully.
Check if the garlic is soft and creamy if not place them back in the air fryer basket and cook for 1-2 minutes more.
Let the roasted garlic cook for a while. Squeeze the whole garlic bulb to remove the head, or scoop them out with a help of a spoon.
