  • 4-5 frozen burritos (any brand you like)

Firstly, I preheat my air fryer at 360F degrees for 2-3 minutes. Preheating the air fryer allows the frozen burritos to cook evenly.

After that process remove your frozen burritos from the package and place them in the air fryer basket or oven in a single layer donโ€™t overcrowd. Place your burrito on the seam side up.

Then cook them at 360F degrees for 13-15 minutes or until they are warm through and golden brown from the outside. If you want extra crunch in your burrito you can air fry them 2-3 minutes more.

Finally, remove the frozen burrito from the air fryer and let them sit for a minute or two. Cut them into half and serve with your favorite toppings and dipping sauce.

Breakfast burrito in air fryer

Ingredient

  • ยฝ pound breakfast sausage
  • ยฝ chopped bell pepper
  • 4-5 eggs
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 4-5 tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instruction:

  1. Break the sausage into small crumbles and cook them in a skillet until brown. Put the chopped peppers and cook for a minute or two. Take off the sausage in a paper towel and put it on the plate and set it aside.
  2. Beat the eggs and cook them with 1 tablespoon of butter or oil. Put salt and pepper to taste and cook in medium heat. When the eggs are done stir in the cooked sausage and warm a little and remove from the heat.
  3. Now, add the mixture of sausage, egg, bell pepper, and top with some cheese in the middle of the tortilla. Fold sides from both the end and roll-up.
  4. Preheat your air fryer at 380F degrees for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Spray a thin layer of olive oil on the burrito and place them in the air fryer basket. Cook them at 380F degrees for 5-6 minutes or until the cheese melts inside and crispy from the outside.
  6. Remove your burritos from the air fryer and let it sit for a minute or two and serve it with your favorite topping or dipping sauce.
