Air fryer baked potatoes are the best side dish made with minimal ingredients. Crispy potato skin with fluffy inside topped with butter is the best-baked potato.
Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly, then pat dry them.
2 russet potatoes
Poke the potatoes with the help of a fork. This will help potatoes to cook fast.
Take a mixing bowl or a plate to add potatoes and drizzle the oil over the potatoes. Rub the oil into the potato skin with your hands until the potatoes are well coated.
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the potatoes and rub them until coated well.

Preheat your air fryer at 200C/400F for 2-3 minutes.
Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Don’t overcrowd the basket, instead cook in the batches.
Cook the potatoes at 200C/400F for 20-30 minutes or until cooked. Flip the potatoes halfway through the cooking process.
Remove the baked potatoes from the basket, make a slit in the middle and serve with your favorite toppings.
