Crunchy air fryer shrimp gets ready in just 10 mins. They're healthy as they're high in protein and have a low number of calories with varieties of minerals.
- 1 lb Shrimp (medium/ jumbo I have used medium)
- 2 tablespoons Oil (olive/vegetable/avocado)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic (or ½ teaspoon garlic powder)
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Clean the shrimp by removing the shells and vines, rinse thoroughly and dry them using a paper towel.
Take a mixing bowl to add all the ingredients and mix them well.
Add the shrimp into the seasoning mixture and toss them to coat well.
Preheat your air fryer at 200C/400F for 5 minutes.
Transfer the marinated shrimp to an air fryer basket and cook them at 200C/400F for 8-10 minutes.
Toss them halfway through the cooking process.
Remove, serve and enjoy.
