Ingredients
  

  • 2 apples (peeled, cored, and dice)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • cup milk/water
  • 2 tablespoons butter/oil
  • 2 tablespoon yogurt

Glaze:

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder

Instructions
 

  • Peel the apple remove the core and dice them finely.

  • Take a mixing bowl to add all the dry ingredients flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon powder. Mix them well and set them aside.

  • Now mix the wet ingredients together milk, sugar, and butter. Mix them thoroughly until the sugar is completely dissolved.
    2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, ⅓ cup milk/water, 2 tablespoons butter/oil
  • Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients with yogurt and mix together until combined.

  • Now add the chopped apples and combine together into the batter. Let it sit for about 20 minutes in the fridge.
  • Preheat your air fryer at 190C/375F for 2-3 minutes. And place parchment paper on the bottom of the air fryer basket.
  • Scoop out the apple fritter's batter and place it into the air fryer basket. Cook them at 190C/375F for 6-7 minutes, and flip them halfway through the cooking process.
  • Meanwhile, the apple fritters are cooking let’s start making cinnamon glaze.
  • Take a bowl to add powdered sugar, milk, and cinnamon powder. Mix them together until smooth and the glaze is ready.

  • Take out the apple fritters from the air fryer basket and drizzle them with the cinnamon glaze while they are still warm.
  • Serve and enjoy.
