Air fryer chicken cutlets are the most versatile dish to serve your family with their preferred side dishes. Chicken cutlets cook to perfection, turning out crispy on the outside & juicy on the inside.
We will start by seasoning the chicken with salt and pepper. Set them aside.
¼ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon salt/to taste
Take a shallow container to add eggs and whisk. In another container add the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and paprika mix them well until combined. In the last container add the flour.
2 eggs, ½ cup panko breadcrumbs, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon paprika, ¼ cup all-purpose flour
Preheat your air fryer at 200C/400F for 3-5 minutes.
Now take the chicken cutlet and dredge in the flour, and tap out the excess. Then dunk in the egg let the excess drip off and finally dip the chicken in the bread crumbs. Press the chicken into the bread crumbs so that they stick to the chicken evenly. Repeat the process for the rest of the cutlets.
