Air Fryer Baby Potatoes
Air fryer baby potatoes are perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, and fluffy on the inside. Potatoes are always good no matter how they are cooked, they taste delicious.

450 g red baby potatoes ½ teaspoon garlic powder ¼ dry parsley 1 tablespoon oil ½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional) salt and Pepper to taste
Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly, and dry them with a clean kitchen towel or with a paper towel. Cut them into half and similar sizes.
Preheat your air fryer at 200C/400F for 3 minutes.
Transfer the clean baby potatoes into a mixing bowl, drizzle oil over the potatoes, and give them a quick mix.
450 g red baby potatoes, 1 tablespoon oil
After that add garlic powder, dry parsley, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix them all together until the potatoes are well coated.

Place the seasoned baby potatoes into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook them at 200C/400F for 20 minutes or until cooked. Toss them halfway through the cooking process.
Remove the roasted air fryer baby potatoes from the basket, and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
