Homemade dumplings in air fryer are the new way of making dumplings crispy and chewy. Asian dumplings make an amazing appetizer or snack with spicy and tangy Szechuan flavor dipping sauce.
Take a large mixing bowl to add all the ingredients and mix them together until well combined.
500 g chicken minced, 3 spring onion, 2-3 medium onions, 1 cup cabbage, 3 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, ⅓ cup vegetable oil, pinch of turmeric, salt to taste, 1 chicken stock cube
Let the dumpling filling marinate for an hour.
Take a dumpling wrapper on the working surface, take a spoon of filling, and place it in the center of the wrapper. Lightly moisten the edges of the wrapper with water using your fingers. Fold the wrapper over the filling and press the edges to seal. Repeat the process with the remaining.
Preheat your air fryer at 195C/380F for 3 minutes.
Spray/brush a generous amount of oil to prevent the dumplings from sticking to the bottom of the basket. Place the dumpling in a single layer and brush some oil over the dumplings so it doesn’t get dry after cooking.
Cook the chicken dumplings at 195C/380F for 10 minutes or until the dumplings are golden and cooked through. Toss or flip the dumplings halfway through the cooking process.
Serve your dumplings with the dipping sauce and enjoy.
