First, pat dry the wings.
500gm chicken wings
Preheat your air fryer at 200C/400F for 5 minutes.
Take a mixing bowl to add chicken wings, oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss them until the wings are well coated. And add the corn flour and mix them well.
1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon pepper, ½ teaspoon paprika, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon corn flour
Brush a thin layer of oil in the basket and place the coated wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer. And cook at 200C/400F for 20 minutes.
Flip the chicken wings halfway through the cooking process for the evenly cooked result.
Meanwhile, the chicken is cooking let’s start making the garlic butter sauce.
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Cook minced garlic in the butter until fragrant or until the garlic is light golden brown.
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Remove the pan from the heat let them cool for a while and add the remaining sauce ingredients and stir.
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley, ¼ cup parmesan cheese, ½ teaspoon chili flakes, salt and pepper to taste
Transfer the wings from the air fryer into a mixing bowl to add the sauce mixture and toss them until well coated.
Again, transfer the wings to the air fryer basket and air fry for 2 more minutes.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy.
