Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup spinach (chopped)
  • 1 small tomato (diced)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 spring onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 sausage (cooked and chopped)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Take a large mixing bowl crack the eggs and beat them. After that add the vegetables, sausage, salt, and pepper. Mix them well until well combined.

  • Preheat the air fryer to 160C/320F for 5 minutes.
  • Take an oven-safe pan that fits in your air fryer basket and brush a generous amount of oil or butter. Then pour the frittata mixture into the pan.

  • Cook them at 160C/320F for 12-15 minutes.

  • Let it sit before removing it from the pan to avoid breaking.
