Air fryer egg toast is a simple and easy breakfast recipe that gets ready in just 7 minutes. A runny yolk on the middle of the toast is just perfectly cooked.

Preheat your air fryer at 165C/330F for 5 minutes.
Prepare the toast using a glass bowl with a plain bottom. Place the bowl on the slice of bread and press it to make a round indention.

Crack the egg in a separate bowl and set it aside.

Now place the bread slice in the air fryer basket first and transfer the egg. Placing the egg this way is easier and there is less chance of spilling.
Sprinkle the salt and pepper to taste. Cook the egg toast at 165C/330F for 7 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
