Preheat your air fryer at 160C/320F for 5 minutes.
Take a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until fluffy.

Add in the chopped tomatoes, garlic powder, chopped and cooked sausages, spring onion, cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix them until well combined.
1 tomato, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese, 2 breakfast sausages chopped and cooked, 1 tablespoon spring onion, salt and pepper to taste
Take the silicone cup and equally divide the egg mixture leaving about ¼ space in the cup for the egg to rise.
Carefully transfer the silicone cup to the air fryer basket. Be careful the air fryer basket is hot. Don't burn yourself!
Cook the egg bites at 160C/320F for 10 minutes.
Remove the air fryer egg bites from the silicon cup. Serve and enjoy!
