Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tomato (chopped)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese
  • 2 breakfast sausages chopped and cooked
  • 1 tablespoon spring onion (chopped)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer at 160C/320F for 5 minutes.
  • Take a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until fluffy.

  • Add in the chopped tomatoes, garlic powder, chopped and cooked sausages, spring onion, cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix them until well combined.

  • Take the silicone cup and equally divide the egg mixture leaving about ¼ space in the cup for the egg to rise.

  • Carefully transfer the silicone cup to the air fryer basket. Be careful the air fryer basket is hot. Don't burn yourself!
