  • 500 g chicken things (boneless)
  • 3 tablespoons yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons cornflour
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoon red chili powder (Kashmiri red chili powder)
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste


  • Thoroughly wash the chicken, pat dry, and set them aside.
  • Take a large mixing bowl to add yogurt, ginger, garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, black pepper, turmeric powder, oil, and salt. Mix them until well combined.

  • Now add the chicken into the bowl and mix them until the chicken is well coated. Let chicken marinate for an hour or so.

  • Preheat your air fryer at 200C/400F for 5 minutes.
  • Now the chicken is marinated at this point add the cornflour and again mix them well.

  • Apply a thin layer of oil to the air fryer basket and transfer the marinated chicken into a single layer applying a thin layer of oil

  • Cook them at 200C/400F for 15 minutes. Flip/toss the chicken halfway through the cooking process.
  • After the chicken is cooked remove them from the air fryer basket. Garnish the air fryer chicken 65 with some lemon wedges, onion slices, and coriander.
  • Serve them hot and enjoy.
