Thoroughly wash the chicken, pat dry, and set them aside.
500 g chicken things
Take a large mixing bowl to add yogurt, ginger, garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, black pepper, turmeric powder, oil, and salt. Mix them until well combined.
3 tablespoons yogurt, 1 tablespoon ginger, garlic paste, 2 teaspoon red chili powder, ½ teaspoon cumin powder, ½ teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, ½ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon turmeric powder, salt to taste
Now add the chicken into the bowl and mix them until the chicken is well coated. Let chicken marinate for an hour or so.
Preheat your air fryer at 200C/400F for 5 minutes.
Now the chicken is marinated at this point add the cornflour and again mix them well.
3 tablespoons cornflour
Apply a thin layer of oil to the air fryer basket and transfer the marinated chicken into a single layer applying a thin layer of oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Cook them at 200C/400F for 15 minutes. Flip/toss the chicken halfway through the cooking process.
After the chicken is cooked remove them from the air fryer basket. Garnish the air fryer chicken 65 with some lemon wedges, onion slices, and coriander.
Serve them hot and enjoy.
