First boil 2 medium size potatoes, peel the skin off and mash it properly.

Heat a pan with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil in small heat. Add ginger paste, turmeric, garam masala, and green chili, and saute them until aromatic.

After that add the mashed potatoes, chopped onions, spring onion, red chili powder, and salt to taste. Mix them until well combined and set them aside.

Take 2 slices of bread and spread tomato sauce and mayonnaise on each bread slice.
Then evenly spread the potato filling on 1 slice of bread and cover it with another slice of bread. Press the bread from the top so that the bread slices will hold the stuffing properly.
Cut the bread diagonally or as per your liking and set them aside.
