Air fryer chicken lollipops with sweet and spicy garlic sauce are insanely delicious. The sweet & spicy garlic sauce is the game-changer for this recipe.
Thoroughly wash the chicken with clean water and pat dry. Place it in a bowl and set it aside.
500 gm Chicken lollipop
Take a small mixing bowl to add all the dry spices together. Mix them well until combined and set aside.
1 teaspoon Garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Coriander powder, 1 teaspoon Chili powder, 2 teaspoons Cornstarch, Salt to taste
Now pour the oil and soy sauce over the chicken and mix them well. After that put all the spices you’ve combined earlier over the chicken and mix well.

Marinate the chicken for at least 20 minutes or overnight if you're making this recipe for the other day.
Brush/ spray a thin layer of vegetable oil in the air fryer basket & preheat the air fryer to 200C/400F for 5 minutes.

Place the chicken lollipops in the air fryer basket in a single layer with the help of a tong.
Cook the air fryer chicken lollipops at 200C/400F for 15 minutes. Flip them halfway through the cooking process. You can add a minute or two if you want crispier lollipops according to your preference.

When the garlic is halfway frying add sugar and salt. Cook them for a while and at last, add the chili flakes.
Salt and Pepper to taste, 3 Fresh garlic, 2 teaspoons Chili flakes, ½ teaspoon Sugar
After that add 5-6 tablespoons of water, and let it simmer for a while. Add the sweet & spicy tomato ketchup and buffalo sauce. Simmer for a minute or so.
