Take a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, sugar, and beat them until no lumps are remaining.
Now add the sour cream, vanilla essence, lemon juice, and whisk them until combined. Then beat the eggs and pour the eggs into 3 parts.
After that add the whipping cream and melted unsalted butter to the batter. Mix until they combine.
Meanwhile, preheat your air fryer at 150C/302F for 5 minutes.
Grease some melted butter on the sides of the cake pan. And pour the cheesecake mixture into the cake pan. Drop the pan lightly to remove any air bubbles.
Transfer the cake pan into the air fryer basket. Cook at 150C/302F for 15 minutes. Then lower the temperature to 115C/240F and bake for an additional 30 minutes. In between the transition of temperature do not open the air fryer basket.
When the total time is up, turn off the air fryer and let the air fryer cheesecake cool in the air fryer basket for about 15 minutes.
