Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 bitter gourd
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • 3 tablespoon chickpeas flour
  • ½ red teaspoon chili powder
  • 4 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ¼ teaspoon asafoetida (Optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash the bitter gourd cut them into 3 quarters or half to remove the seeds and the flesh from the center.
