2-3 bitter gourd 1 tablespoon cornflour 3 tablespoon chickpeas flour ½ red teaspoon chili powder 4 tablespoon vegetable oil ¼ teaspoon asafoetida (Optional) salt and pepper to taste
Wash the bitter gourd cut them into 3 quarters or half to remove the seeds and the flesh from the center.
