- 2-3 bitter gourd
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 3 tablespoon chickpeas flour
- ½ red teaspoon chili powder
- 4 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ¼ teaspoon asafoetida (Optional)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Wash the bitter gourd cut them into 3 quarters or half to remove the seeds and the flesh from the center.
Cut them into a round shape not more than ¼ inch thick.
Sprinkle salt mix it and leave for 20-30 minutes. After that rinse them thoroughly and dry them in a paper towel.
Prepare the batter.
Preheat your air fryer at 200C/400F for 2-3 minutes.
Add the coated bitter gourd to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook them for 15 minutes until they are golden brown.
