500 gm oats 1 cup oil (vegetable) 1 cup sugar 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup raisins ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix the oats, flour, and cinnamon powder well in a mixing bowl.

After that take a separate mixing bowl and add eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix them well until the sugar is fully dissolved.

When your dry and wet mixture is ready, add the dry mixture into the wet mixture.
Flatten them to give a round cookie shape. Cookies should be approximately ½ inch thick.

Cook them at 180C/360F for 10-12 minutes. Flip them halfway through the cooking process.
