Potatoes and green beans in air fryer are the vegetables that go well with every meal. Perfectly seasoned potatoes and green beans are a great side dish.

2 pounds new potatoes 0.75 pounds green beans (trimmed) olive oil ½ teaspoon garlic powder salt and pepper to taste (pepper is optional)
Clean the green beans and potatoes thoroughly. Trim the green beans and peel the potatoes or leave the skin on.

Cut the potatoes into half or quarters.
Take a large mixing bowl and place the new potatoes and green beans drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix them well.

Preheat your air fryer at 200C/400F for 2-3 minutes.
Cook at 200C400F for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are brown in the edges. Toss the potatoes and green beans halfway through.
If the potatoes are fork-tender and green beans start blistering the veggies are done.
Remove the potatoes and green beans from the air fryer basket and serve with your dinner.
