Cut the cauliflower in a drumstick shape and wash it thoroughly under cool water.
Pat them dry with a paper towel or clean kitchen towel.
Take a mixing bowl to combine all dry ingredients and mix them well.
After that add the water and whisk until the lumps are gone. Set it aside.
Put the cauliflower florets into the batter and coat them evenly.
Preheat your air fryer at 180C/350F for 3-5 minutes.
Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 180C/350F for 15 minutes.
Toss/flip the cauliflower florets halfway through the cooking process.
Take a small saucepan to heat buffalo sauce, butter, and vinegar and bring them to a low simmer. Mix them well to combine and remove from the heat.
Remove the crispy air fryer cauliflower wings from the air fryer. Coat them in the sauce when you're ready to have them and enjoy
