1 lb Asparagus ½ tablespoon Minced garlic (or ½ teaspoon garlic powder) 2 teaspoons Oil (any I used vegetable oil) ½ cup Parmesan/Mozzarella cheese Salt and Pepper to taste
Rinse the asparagus and trim the woody bottom part of the asparagus.
1 lb Asparagus
Drizzle with some oil and sprinkle the salt and pepper over the top. Toss the asparagus to coat well.
2 teaspoons Oil, Salt and Pepper to taste , ½ tablespoon Minced garlic
Preheat your air fryer at 200C/400F for 2-3 minutes .
Place the seasoned asparagus in the air fryer basket in a single layer and sprinkle the cheese on top.
½ cup Parmesan/Mozzarella cheese
Cook at 200C/400F for 7-10 minutes or until they are golden brown. Toss/shake the basket halfway through.
Remove your air fryer cheesy asparagus and serve.
