Ingredients
  

  • 200 g boiled white beans rinsed and drained (I used navy beans because they cook fast)
  • 2 eggs/ 50g Oats if you don't eat egg
  • 10 g fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • ½ bell pepper (finely chopped) 
  • 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder/ 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing bowl and mash the boiled beans.
    200 g boiled white beans rinsed and drained
  • And add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl.
    2 eggs/ 50g Oats if you don't eat egg, 10 g fresh cilantro, 1 small onion, ½ bell pepper, 2 tablespoon tomato sauce, ½ teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon oregano, ½ teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon garlic powder/ 1 tablespoon minced garlic, salt to taste
  • Preheat your air fryer at 180C/350F for 3-5 minutes
  • Take a tablespoon and scoop out 1 ½ spoon of mixture and shape them into patties.
  • Place the veggie burger patty in the air fryer basket. Cook them at 180C/350F for 10-12 minutes.
  • Place the veggie burger patty on the bun and add desired toppings/dressing and serve.
