- 2-3 Apple (Fuji apple)
- ½ cup All-purpose flour
- 2 Eggs
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
- 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
Wash the apples and peel the skin and cut into ½ inch wedges.

Take a bowl to add flour, and beat the egg in a separate bowl and put graham crumbs in a separate bowl, and set it aside.

Take the apple wedges and coat lightly each apple wedge in flour. Then soak it into the egg batter.
And transfer the wedges in the graham crumbs.
Preheat your air fryer at 200C/400F for 2-3 minutes.
Cook them at 200C/400F for 8-10 minutes.
Take a bowl to mix cinnamon and sugar.

Remove the air fryer apple fries and sprinkle the mixture of cinnamon and sugar over warm apple wedges.
Serve with a warm caramel sauce and enjoy.
