½ cup all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons butter (unsalted softened butter) 6 tablespoons peanut butter (smooth/crunchy) ¼ teaspoon baking soda 6 tablespoons brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ⅛ teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons milk (both dairy or non-dairy works for this recipe)
Take a mixing bowl to add all the dry ingredients. (all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt)
Take another bowl to add butter, sugar, and peanut butter and mix them with an electric mixer or a wooden spatula.
After your butter is mixed add the milk, and vanilla extract.
Slowly add the dry ingredients mix them and form a dough.
The dough should look like this.
Preheat your air fryer at 160C/320F for 3-5 minutes .
Take about a tablespoon of dough each to make balls.
You can use a fork to press the ball or simply you can gently press it with your fingers.
Place the cookies in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook at 160C/320F for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Let them cool before you serve.
