Completely defrost the fish before seasoning. I’m using fresh codfish so I’ve washed them and dried them with a clean kitchen towel you can also use a paper towel for this process.
800 gm fillets fresh/frozen (cod)
Put the fish fillets in a bowl and add all the spices (oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper) coat it well, and set aside.
1 tablespoon vegetable/olive oil, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon onion powder, salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your air fryer at 200C/400F for 2-3 minutes.
Place the seasoned fish fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook at 200C/400F for 15 minutes.
Remove the air fryer fish and serve with your favorite dips and lemon wedges.
