Rinse potatoes thoroughly and slice them into approximately ¼ inch with a knife. Or you can use a mandol to slice the potatoes. 2 potatoes
Take a bowl of water and soak the potato slices for about 30 minutes to an hour. You can skip this process if you are running out of time.
Pat dry the sliced potatoes with a clean kitchen towel or a paper towel and transfer them into a mixing bowl.
Now along with the potato slices add the vegetable oil, garlic powder, dried parsley, coriander powder, salt, pepper, and chili flakes (optional).
½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon dried parsley, ½ teaspoon coriander powder, ¼ teaspoon chili flakes, salt and pepper to taste, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Mix them thoroughly until fully combined.
Preheat the air fryer to 200C/400F for 3 minutes.
Place the sliced potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd the basket for the best result.
Cook them at 200C/400F for 10 minutes. Flip/toss them halfway through the cooking process for an evenly cooked result. However, you can cook them depending on how crispy you like your sliced potatoes.
Let the sliced potatoes slightly cool down before serving.
Serve the crispy air fryer sliced potatoes and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
