Take a small mixing bowl to add vegetable oil, sesame oil, rice vinegar, dark soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix them until well combined.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon rice vinegar, 1 ½ tablespoons dark soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste, ½ teaspoon chili flakes
Now take a large mixing bowl to add chicken and drizzle approximately ¾ part of the oil mixture, minced ginger, and garlic.
500 gm chicken thighs, 2 cloves garlic minced, 1 teaspoon ginger minced
Give them a stir until well combined.
Preheat the air fryer to 200C/400F for 5 minutes.
Place the chicken thighs into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook them at 200C/400F until the chicken is almost halfway done. It takes about 10 minutes.
While the chicken is cooking let’s season the broccoli florets and onion.
1 medium head of broccoli, 1 medium onion
Take a bowl to add broccoli, onions, and the oil mixture. Mix them until well combined.
After 10 minutes stir the chicken with the help of a spatula and add the seasoned broccoli and onions.
Cook them further for about 10-15 minutes. Stir them halfway through the cooking process.
Remove the chicken and broccoli from the air fryer basket.
Serve and enjoy.
